Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling For orders under £30, we make a charge of £4.95 for shipping within the United Kingdom. Shipping is FREE on UK orders of £30 and over.

For delivery outside the United Kingdom, there is a flat charge for each consignment, as follows:

- to the rest of Euope: £15.00
- to everywhere else: £25.00.
Delivery Schedule We will despatch products as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

In the event that not all products are available for despatch at the same time, we will despatch what we can and back-order the remainder. If your order is for delivery outside the United Kingdom, we will email you first so you can decide if you would rather wait for the whole order.

We will inform you by email if any item remains unavailable for more than 28 days after you have placed your order and will let you know the expected despatch date. If you decide not to wait beyond the 28 days, you are free to delete the delayed items from your order.
Back Orders If any item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
